Fixed an issue where, after removing a DLC entitlement, DLC moves assigned to a roster wrestler wouldrevert to a custom wrestler’s moves. The moves now revert to that roster wrestler’s default moves. What I can say is, AEW: Fight Forever delivers one of my favorite gameplay experiences. In a lot of ways, AEWFF plays like a spiritual successor to WWF No Mercy with a lot of innovative enhancements to the classic AKI-like mechanics. The gameplay could use some fine tuning, but is absolutely worth trying out and, in my opinion, delivered EXACTLY what I expected from AEW's first video game entry.

There currently isn’t a way to share your creations with others online, so if you want to make CAWs of all the guys missing from the roster… you’re going to have to go old-school and find some guides on the net. There’s a lot of fun to be had with AEW: Fight Forever, especially if you’ve got a few mates and a few spare pads. Fixed an issue in scenario 3B of ROAD TO ELITE where restaurant snapshots were not saved to the correct location. AEW introduced the Trios Championship in July of 2022, which was something that really set them apart from their competition…. but there’s no Trios match option in the game. If players go into the settings and change the effects to ‘Historic’, the explosions become far more underwhelming, just as they were in the 2021 match between Kenny Omega and John Moxley. Gamers can now hit the scissor with their controllers and play as two-thirds of the reigning AEW World Trios Champions, Anthony Bowens and Max Caster. Caster and Bowens have become AEW fan favorites with Caster’s pop culture-driven freestyle raps down to the ring and their ever-evolving electric catchphrases.
