About this deal

The boys open the parcel to find a packet of Maltesers chocolates and become suspicious, visiting the given location to find the gangster dead in his apartment. Almost pleasant conversation elapses into threats when Nick tells the Fat Man that they do not have the box. Our team is made up of book lovers who are dedicated to sourcing and providing the best books for kids. One thing I really loved about this book, and Anthony Horowitz's writing style, in general, is how nonchalant the characters are after someone dies.

They may be friendly and trustworthy at the start but some might get nasty so you have to carefully trust people. A hilarious story about the world's worst detectives by the bestselling author of the Alex Rider series, Anthony Horowitz. The Falcon that Naples mentioned with his dying breath is the alias of the late Henry von Falkenberg, an English-German international criminal who had been living in La Paz, Bolivia, when the police last heard of him. We take pride in offering a wide selection of used books, from classics to hidden gems, ensuring there is something for every literary palate. Nick notices this, and wonders how she knew Tim's real name, since when she originally rang, she only mentioned "Tim", and at no point when Nick spoke to her did he reveal Tim's real name.

Nick gives him the fake packet and follows the Professor halfway down the road, but then is intercepted and kidnapped by Gott and Himmell, the most dangerous criminals in pursuit of the Maltesers. He says his doctor told him to lose weight, so over the past year he has eaten yoghurt and lost 135 kg. I have always enjoyed reading Anthony Horowitz books; therefore, I decided to read The Falcon’s Malteser, which is part of the Diamond Brothers series. The humor in here is well balanced with the seriousness of the situation that, mostly Tim, find themselves in.Its relevance to the story is that one of the most dangerous criminals is in London and is trying to kill Tim and Nick Diamond. At home they find the Club is open, but their cleaning lady Betty Charlady says no good will come of it. The '80s: Although, it's kinda hard to tell that it is the '80s because there aren't any '80s cliches.

THE FIRST REASON WHY I LIKE THIS BOOK IS BECAUSE BOUT A BOY NAME NICK FIGURING OUT A MYSTERY TO HELP HIS BIG BROTHER AND THE WHOLE POLICE DEPARTMENT. The first chapter introduces Nicholas 'Nick' Simple and his older brother, Herbert Simple, who goes by the pseudonym 'Tim Diamond'. An original thriller, Magpie Murders was published last year and got some of the best reviews I've had. They both go to John Lewis but meet Gott and Himmell, and they try to elude them and Nick ends up in Santa's Grotto, but Himmell shoots Santa and Nick escapes.

Malteser was later adapted into a movie named Just Ask For Diamond in 1988 and is said to be made into a stage play sometime in the 2010s.

In The Diamond Brothers in… I Know What You Did Last Wednesday (2002), seven friends, along with the Diamond Brothers, are invited to a remote island for a school reunion. The book,"The Falcon's Maltesers" written by Anthony Horowitz is about two boys, in fact, brothers, Tim and Nick Diamond receiving a box of maltesers, later finding themselves wanted by the nastiest and dangerous crooks in town. Four of Diamonds (2008): Similar to Three of Diamonds, but also includes The Greek Who Stole Christmas. This prompted fan speculation that the novel's release might be imminent, but when Horowitz was asked in July 2012 on Twitter by a fan when this book might come out, he replied that he had not started on the book yet, and that he probably won't get around to it for "…another 3 years". In The Diamond Brothers in… South By South East (1991), Nick and Tim Diamond are once again forced into a mystery, this time going to Amsterdam to discover the identity of the mysterious assassin Charon.
